I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The front desk lady always greeted us with a smile, Ceaser and Chris found exactly what I was looking for, at the exact pricepoint i needed. The dedicated customer service rep was a great part of the overall experience that is usually reserved for luxury dealers. I had a small issue with the vehicle which was fixed immediatly by a very professional staff. Their auto shop is user friendly and Morgan was very professional. I walked in sceptical because I have had bad experiences at the other lots under the killeen branding but rolled out a lifelong customer.
Alex Green was super helpful in the purchase of our new Hyundai. He made the process super smooth. He was genuine, honest and wasn't pushy or trying to "sell" me on anything I wasn't interested in. The manager was also very willing to be helpful and get us the best deal! I highly recommend that if you are looking for a new vehicle that you come see Alex! I will definitely be using him for future purchases. I'm kind of biased, I've always owned Hyundai and I've always been well taken care of. I anticipate they will continue to take good care of us on our new purchase!

O'Ryon was friendly and answered all of my questions. If he didn't know he said so and found out. He didn't pressure me and let me take my time. Rob stepped in and assisted in getting all of the paperwork done as quickly as possible. Shannon, in the finance department, walked me through the reasons for the amount as well as the dealer discount vs factory rebate, etc. He and O'Ryon were extremely patient while I asked for time to crunch my own numbers - not what I expected and pleasantly surprised.

I came in because my service light was coming on. Michael Bowden told me that it was just cause the company that did my oil change didn't reset the system. He was super nice and reset it with no charge and even let us have a taco (we didn't eat cause we thought we were going to be there awhile). Hard to find good service like that, thank you Michael!

I brought my Kona in for a standard service visit. The Service Manager, Mike and the Service Advisor, Michael were both awesome! I was greeted with a smile and great customer service by both! Mike informed me of who my Advisor was and let me know that he would be right with me. Michael made sure that my concerns were addressed at the beginning and informed me of the wait time.
